Digital Product Policy

  • All tours are digital items delivered instantly via our website.

  • Once a purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to the tour materials and GPS-enabled features.

  • Because these are digital goods with instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable.


Device Compatibility and User Responsibility

  • Our tours are designed to function on most modern smartphones and devices with GPS capability and internet access.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their device is compatible and capable of running GPS-enabled services.

  • We are not responsible for user error, including but not limited to:

    • Inability to operate the device

    • Incorrect settings on the device

    • Forgotten passwords or locked accounts

    • Accidental deletion of the purchased content


Connectivity and Service Availability

  • Our tours require active GPS and internet or mobile data service to function properly.

  • Shadows of Savannah is not responsible for connectivity issues, including but not limited to:

    • Poor or no cellular reception in certain areas of Savannah

    • Service outages from mobile carriers or internet providers

    • Temporary GPS inaccuracies or signal loss

  • Since these factors are beyond our control, no refunds will be issued due to lack of service or connectivity issues.


Non-Attendance or Change of Plans

  • As our tours are self-guided and available on your schedule, there is no requirement to attend at a specific time.

  • If you are unable to use the product for any reason, including last-minute changes to your travel plans, no refunds will be provided.


Replacement Access

While refunds are not available, we will make every effort to ensure you have access to the product you purchased. If you lose access due to a technical error on our side, we will reissue your digital access at no additional cost.

  • Replacement access will only be provided for the original purchase.
