Quick Answers
Before You Write โ Check These First
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, open the app, browse to Tours โ your city, find your tour, and enter your Booking ID directly on the tour page to access it.
Your Booking ID is in your confirmation email. It's the code you enter on the tour page to unlock your Access. We recommend saving it to your notes or screenshotting it before you head out.
Purchase one Access per person in your group. Everyone uses the same Booking ID โ each person enters it on their own device, and each entry claims one seat from your booking.
The narration unlocks automatically when your GPS places you within range of that stop. Make sure you've allowed location access in your browser settings, and that you're physically close to the stop marker on the map.
No App Store needed. Destination Footsteps runs right in your mobile browser. You can also add it to your home screen for a full app-like experience โ on iPhone tap Share โ Add to Home Screen, on Android tap the install prompt.
Yes โ once the tour page has loaded, it caches for offline use. We recommend opening it on Wi-Fi before you head out, just to make sure everything is ready to go.
